Getting started with ActionScript 3
Does the very thought of coding make you break out in sweat? Have you achieved mild success copying and pasting ActionScript, just hoping it works? Well then this meeting is for you. Join us at the March 21st meeting of AUG Chicago, the Chicago Area Adobe User Group, when our guest presenter, Michael Schaffner, shows you why you needn't be intimidated of ActionScript.
This is a presentation geared towards non-programmers and designers who want to start taking their Flash projects further with ActionScript 3. Michael plans to introduce the very basics concepts of ActionScript programming to show you why there is no reason to feel overwhelmed by Flash programming. Even if you don't want to be a full-fledged coder, having some basic knowledge of ActionScript programming will help you with your Flash development, and this meeting will give you a good foundation to help you get started dabbling.
